Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the dv77 website at dv77.io and all associated mobile-optimised pages, sub-domains, and services operated under the dv77 brand.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the dv77 platform, through which you access betting, casino, and cashier services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your dv77 account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit amounts awarded by dv77 that are subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which all transactions on the dv77 platform are denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be withdrawn as cash.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals are processed and as part of ongoing account monitoring.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions from which use of the dv77 platform is not permitted, as updated by dv77 from time to time at its sole discretion.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the dv77 registration process, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the platform or submit a registration form, whichever is earlier.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on dv77, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live tables), slot games, crash games, and all promotional offers.

dv77 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dv77 will notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

Use of the dv77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period of use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dv77 does not permit gambling by persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (individual) acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any gambling self-exclusion scheme that covers online gambling platforms.
• You must be the sole holder of the payment method used to fund your dv77 account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

dv77 may require documentary evidence to verify any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending resolution.

Account Registration

To access the full range of dv77 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on dv77 at any time. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and active mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. dv77 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication options. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact dv77 support immediately at [email protected].
• KYC Verification: dv77 is required to conduct identity verification as part of account management. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dv77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: dv77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited to your dv77 account within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. dv77 does not charge a fee on deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 9:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Requests submitted after that cut-off or on weekends are processed on the next business day. dv77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Bonus Balances: Bonus funds and the winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The cashier will clearly display your current real-money balance and any restricted bonus balance separately.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to limits communicated in the cashier at the time of the transaction
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification
• Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on dv77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product type. General rules that apply across all dv77 products are set out below:

• All bets are final once confirmed. dv77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except where the event is abandoned or postponed under terms that trigger a void-bet policy.
• dv77 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a pricing error, technical fault, or obvious mistake. Affected players will be notified and the staked amount will be returned to their account balance.
• The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. dv77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products and are displayed at the point of bet placement or game launch.
• In the event of a discrepancy between on-screen game results and the result recorded by the game server, the server result will be treated as definitive.
• Suspected match-fixing, collusion, or use of prohibited betting strategies (including arbitrage across accounts) will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

dv77 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of offer. The general bonus policy below applies unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and, where required, initial KYC verification.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the bonus terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the time limit will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's terms.
• dv77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses already claimed and in progress will be honoured at the terms in place at the time of activation.
• Abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the dv77 platform. A breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity or details.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal financial activity through the dv77 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known error are void.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players, or sharing your account access with another person for any reason.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true location while using the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dv77 platform — including but not limited to the dv77 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of dv77 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dv77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any dv77 content without the prior written consent of dv77.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with dv77.

Privacy & Data

Responsible Gaming

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if dv77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or from your breach of these Terms.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game, service, or payment method accessible via the dv77 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits dv77's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by dv77's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

dv77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to These Terms

dv77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to eligibility requirements, financial limits, bonus policy, or player rights — dv77 will provide registered players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification before the revised Terms take effect.

Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or updates to contact information, may be made without advance notice. The "Effective" date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the dv77 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. dv77 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and transparent operations for all Bangladeshi players.

In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, bonus, or account transaction, you should first contact dv77 support at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and providing any relevant evidence (such as transaction IDs, screenshots, or bet reference numbers). dv77 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

dv77's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, wager settlement, and bonus eligibility is final, subject to demonstrable technical error on dv77's part. Any technical error claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of the relevant transaction.
